Process of production

Production PET-flakes process includes follow phases

1. Presorting of PET-bottles by colors with polyethylene plug.
2. Sorting of PET-bottles through the metal detector.
3. Crushing of PET-bottles to the necessary sizes together with plug and label.
4. Plug and label separation from the PET-flakes through the main flotation bath and vibrofilter.
5. Prewashing of  PET- flakes
6. Hot washing of PET- flakes with the using detersives.
7. Drying of clean PET-flakes into a vertical centrifuge.
8. Packing PET-flakes in big-bags.
